WHAT TO EXPECT

We recommend that you rent a car as it will make it easy for you to get around during your stay. However, we can assist you in arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Upon your arrival to the Casa Dos Palmas, our Property Manager will be on-site to do a walk through and show you all the features of the casa and to answer any questions you may have.

Also, as a welcome for our guests, cold drinks (a few beers, sodas and bottled waters) will be chilling in the refrigerator once you arrive.

What to expect during your rental at the Casa:

Building maintenance person will be on site periodically taking care of grounds.
Pool will be cleaned twice per week.
Fully equipped kitchen available in each suite with state-of-the-art appliances.
Purified water provided in the dispensers is to be used for drinking, cooking and ice.
Full bathrooms stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers etc.
5 Air Conditioners with remote controls throughout the casa for your comfort.
Flat Screen TV’s and DVD’s in each suite.
